  • 100% royalty-free. Once the purchase is made you have an all-time license to use the samples in your own projects. You can use it in any production you see fit and commercialize that (read earn money on your production). You can use the samples as-is in your production (a.k.a. dry) or with applied audio effects. What is not allowed is to take this pack and its contents and sell it as your own.

  • No. Some examples of using the name or likeness of a vocalist would be to include a photo of the vocalist when promoting your track, crediting them as a feature on your track, or including them as a contributor to the track when splitting royalties.

  • You don't have to mention it but if you can spread the word about where you purchased it and how it helped you it would be much appreciated! The more happy customers we have the more help we get to create future collections.

  • No. When you make a purchase you acquire only one license for your use only. The license is not transferrable. Giving the purchase away or making it available for download is considered breaking the law.

  • No. Liberated Turmoil retains copyright on all vocal samples and related products. When you purchase our products, you are buying a license to use the content within specific criteria.

  • After purchasing the digital products from our store, you will be given access to the product materials via the download link in the Order Confirmation page. You will automatically receive the standard order confirmation email, followed by an email containing a link to the file. This link will expire 24 hours after the purchase. If you click an expired link, we'll send a new link to the email address used for the initial purchase. If something doesn’t work, send us your request to arina@liberatedturmoil.com

  • Yes. You have ownership of your composition made with vocal samples purchased on Liberated Turmoil website, but as a reminder, you don’t own the copyright to the actual vocal samples. Other liberatedturmoil.com users can use the same vocal samples without infringing on your track and vice versa.

  • No. Liberated Turmoil is not a co-owner of your track, so there is no need to credit Us when registering your track with a PRO.

  • Yes — because the vocal sample is part of the larger composition, the vocal sample is covered by the royalty-free license even if the sample is soloed at some point in the track.

  • The license for samples you download from Liberated Turmoil can be used for commercial and non-commercial uses so long as you comply with our Terms and Conditions.
