Customers

When You buy something on the Site, We collect personal information from You to fulfill the order. We may collect information like Your:

We share this information with Squarespace, Our online store hosting provider so that they can provide Site services to Us.

When You make a purchase from Us on the Site, We use Squarespace Payments as Our payment solution. Squarespace Payments is a fully integrated, native payment solution provided to Us by Our online store service provider Squarespace. As You go through checkout, the Site may auto-complete Your shipping and billing address by sharing what You type with the Google Places API and returning suggestions to You to improve Your checkout experience.

Form submissions

When You submit information to the Site via webform, We collect the data requested in the webform in order to track and respond to Your submissions. We share this information with Squarespace, Our hosting provider so that they can provide Site services to Us.

We also share this information with Zoho Mail, Our email provider, in order to respond to Your inquiries, questions, and/or other requests. You can read their privacy policy at https://www.zoho.com/privacy.html.

If You decide to opt-in to Our mailing list through a web form, You will receive emails that may include Our news, updates, related product or service information, etc.

If at any time You would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, We include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or You may contact Us via arina@liberatedturmoil.com and request to be unsubscribed.

After unsubscribing, You will not receive any future emails, however, Your email address and data about which emails You opened/clicked on at which date and time are retained. Hence, You may also request that Your existing data be deleted by sending a message to arina@liberatedturmoil.com in which case all Your data is removed.

We use ConvertKit to manage Our email marketing subscriber list and to send emails to Our subscribers. ConvertKit is a third-party provider, which may process Your data using industry-standard technologies to help Us monitor and improve Our newsletter. Fonts

The Site serves font files from and renders fonts using Google Fonts and Adobe Fonts. To properly display the Site to You, these third parties may receive personal information about You, including:

is your information transferred internationally?

The servers of Squarespace, Our hosting provider, are located in the United States. Upon receiving Your request, We will respond without undue delay, but in all cases, within forty-five (45) days of receipt. The response period may be extended once by forty-five (45) additional days when reasonably necessary.
